Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Oat straw, Horsetail, Chamomile, Ginger Root, Mugwort, Damiana Leaf, Rosemary leaf, Skullcap, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Echinacea Root, Fennel Seed, Cloves, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Lemon Verbena, Orange Pieces, Dragon fruit, Pineapple, Strawberries, Calendula, Raspberries, Apples, Jasmine Green Tea, Rosehips, and Dried Cranberries.
Directions : Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and steep for 10-15 minutes depending on how strong you desire your tea. Delicious as is or sweeten to taste as desired.
